LESSON 2: EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY 2

Educational Technology 2 is concerned with "Integrating Technology into teaching learning" Specifically this is focused on introducing, reinforcing, supplementing and extending the knowledge and skills to learners so that they can become exemplary users of educational technology. So as a future educator we must integrate technology to the learners and let them explore and engaged on how to use computers and use their skills through integrating.

LESSON 1: A REVIEW OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY 1

Educational Technology is to orient the learner to pervasive of educational technology in society. It also uplift the learner to human learning through the use of learning technology. Through Educational Technology it is more effective if we acquaint learners on basic aspects of community education, functions of the school media center. As a future educator we must introduce to our learners to what is recognized as the third evolution in education the term COMPUTER and it's uses and importance to us as a human.

Lesson 15: Project-based learning and multimedia


REFLECTION

Project-based multimedia learning is a method of teaching in which students acquire new knowledge and skills in the course of designing, planning, and producing a multimedia product.  As a future educator we must engage our student in this method wherein it can help them to improve and embrace the modern technology in this generation.

LESSON 14 (Reflection): Maximizing the use of the Overhead Projector and the Chalkboard

REFLECTION

Among all instructional equipment, the chalkboard is most available. The overhead projector is another versatile equipment that is quite common today. By learning how to use them properly and in an inexpensive way we are able to realize our instructional objectives. 

There are techniques of using the chalkboard and OHP proven to be effective by practitioners. As a future educator we must adopt it in our teaching spells visual and lasting learning for our students.

LESSON 13 (Reflection): Teaching with Visual Symbols

REFLECTION

Visual symbols come in many forms - drawing, cartoons, strip drawing (comic trip) diagram, map, char, graph. Like a picture, a graph and all over visual symbols, are worth a thousand words. The proper use of visual symbols will contribute to optimum learning. 

As a future teacher it is effective to use a visual symbol as a form of an instructional materials especially the diagram in which with visual symbols alone, you have an array of teaching materials to choose from.
